Today I received an email from MS in my Mac under the title “Your service agreement has become clearer”, which says among other things: Hello, you will receive this email because we update the Microsoft Services agreement that applies to one or more microsoft products or services that you use. Section 4 (a) (iii) of the Microsoft Services agreement states that parents are responsible for the use of the Microsoft account, Skype account and services by their minor children, including all subscription fees and purchases.
